NORTH BAY – MPP Vic Fedeli is once again asking constituents to consider nominating worthy individuals in Nipissing for the 2014 provincial Volunteer Service Awards.
The deadline for nominations is January 25, 2014. Any nominations received after the deadline will be considered for the following year.
Since 1986, more than 220,000 dedicated volunteers have been recognized through this program across Ontario.
In 2014, more than 50 ceremonies will be held in 39 communities across the province, recognizing thousands of volunteers. The North Bay ceremony will be held June 13.
