Reports indicate sentencing for a suspended city police officer will take place in December.

Kristopher Corbeil, 34, was charged after an incident in the family home June 26, 2012, appeared in North Bay's Ontario Court of Justice Tuesday and was found guilty of public mischief.

The trial conducted by Justice Randall Lalande took place in September.

Corbeil is curently free on bail and suspended with pay.

Earlier this week Corbeil was charged with threatening, criminal harassment and causing a disturbance details contained in the North Bay Police Service news release below.

On November 4, 2013, Kristopher Corbeil, age 34, a suspended constable with the North Bay Police Service, was charged with Threatening, Criminal Harassment and Causing a Disturbance.

The charges result from an investigation into an off duty incident at a North Bay licensed liquor establishment on October 26/27, 2013.

Corbeil was held for a Bail Hearing for the same date.
