Massey Drive man charged with Voyeurism

An investigation into a complaint on the 6th Aug has resulted in the Oct 28th arrest of Denis Allaire 31 years of Massey Dr.

He has been charged with 1 count of voyeurism.

On Aug 6th a woman at a Lakeshore Dr retail store complained that she heard a strange noise behind her and when she turned around a man was on his back on the floor with his arms extended holding a I phone videoing under her skirt.

The man fled the area at the time of the offence.
