Powassan Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has located Justin EVANS.

Powassan Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 19 year old male.

Justin EVANS was last seen on Main St. in Powassan on October 20, 2013 at approximately 10 pm. He is described as:

•Approximately 130 lbs;

•5’8”;

•Reddish/orange short curly hair and may also have some facial hair;

•Medium build;

•Believed to be wearing a navy blue hoodie, dark blue jeans with his pant legs tucked into his socks;

•Footwear is high top running shoes;

•Outer wear is possibly a bluish grey windbreaker jacket and black baseball type hat;

•With the mental capacity of a child.
