North Bay man charged with exceed 80 milligrams blood/alcohol content

On Saturday October 19, 2013 North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a motor vehicle for speeding on Highway 11 in the City of North Bay.

The driver, Bradley Berube, age 19, of North Bay was subsequently arrested and charged with the following under the Criminal Code of Canada,

(1) Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle;

(2) Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood/Alcohol content.

(3) Speeding

He will appear in North Bay Criminal Court on November 5, 2013.
