Two people charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking

A vehicle stop on Main St at 2:40 p.m. on the 15th Oct resulted in the seizure of 2,394 grams of marijuana, 45 methamphetamine pills, scales, and two BB handguns.

Toby Drinkwater 23 years of Cedar St and Shannon Rowe 29 years of Montreal have each been charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance and 2 counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Both persons have been held in custody for bail hearings. Csts Elizabeth Bell and Bill Gainforth are investigating.
