Lions CTV Christmas Telethon is searching for entertainers !

It’s that time of year again when your area Lions Clubs are looking for entertaining individuals, groups, and even animals to participate in this year’s Lions CTV Christmas Telethon on December 7, 2013.

Our Entertainment Co-ordinator is now accepting video submissions from anyone interested in being on stage and on television. Please visit our website at lions ctv telethon.com for further details about completing and submitting the necessary forms.

Submissions will be accepted until midnight on October 24, 2013 and all entries must be in keeping with the spirit of the telethon.

This year we are adding online voting to the mix so that the public can help us decide who we will be performing on stage on the night of the telethon. Online voting will be open only on October 26 and 27.

Proceeds from the telethon are used to provide baskets of food and gifts to those families and children who need additional support during this time of year. The baskets are delivered by Lions Club members in the various communities associated with each Lions Club participating in the telethon.

Last year alone we supported over 400 children and 270 families !
