Urs Riesen, otherwise known as The Swiss Pastry Chef, is retiring from the baking business.

He would like to thank North Bay for making his bakery their #1 choice for the last 11 ½ years.

Unfortunately, due to problems with his leg, which is aggravated by the long hours he works, he will be closing down The Swiss Pastry Chef for good.

The last gluten-free baking day will be Tuesday, October 8th, 2013 and the final baking day will be Thanksgiving Saturday, October 12th, 2013.
