Three Sudbury residents charged with Break and Enter

On the evening of the 18th of September 2013, the North Bay Police Service was called to attend the Moe Zee On Inn in North Bay regarding a break and enter in progress to one of the motel rooms.

Upon arrival police learned that the individuals had their plans foiled by the property owner who confronted them while they were inside the room, which had been accessed by damaging the door. While the owner was calling police, the suspects fled in motor vehicle.

A description of the suspects and the vehicle were provided to police, which assisted in the arrest of all three at Fanny’s Night Club. Through the police investigation it was also learned that the vehicle they fled in had been stolen from Sudbury earlier that day.

As a result three Sudbury residents; 38 year old Scott Stanley, 35 year old Misty Plume and 28 year old Chad McDonald are facing charges of Break and Enter with intent to commit an indictable offence and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Misty Plume is also facing the additional charge of Possession of crack cocaine.

Police are still looking for the stolen vehicle that is described as a 2011 lime green Ford car, bearing Ontario license plate BPZZ 915.
