Female charged with impaired and fail to remain

At 9:15 p.m. Sept 14th a vehicle stopped at a red light at on Lakeshore Dr and Howard St was struck from behind by a Toyota causing minor injuries to a passenger in the vehicle.

The Toyota then fled but was located by police travelling at a high rate of speed on Mulligan St.

A 59 yr old female was arrested and charged with fail to remain, impaired driving and over 80 milligrams.

She is to appear in court on Sept 24th 2013.
