ROPE Squad seeking public’s help locating a federal offender

London – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of Breach of Parole.

Stephen Richman is described as a White male, 50 years of age, 5’8” (173 cm’s), 161 lbs (73 kgs.) blue eyes with short greying hair and moustache. He wears glasses and has a tattoo of a black rose on his left shoulder. He is serving a 4 year and 11 month sentence for Robbery, Possession of a Weapon, Assault with a weapon, Carry concealed weapon and numerous theft under offences.

He is known to frequent all areas of Southwestern Ontario as well as the Toronto and Hamilton Regions.
