On September 5, 2013, 35 year old, Jeff McNeeley of North Bay was arrested for Possession of 31.2 grams of Marihuana, Theft Under $5000.00 and Breach of Probation.
A wallet was left unattended in a downtown business and it is alleged that Mr. McNeeley had taken it. $500.00 was stolen from the wallet and some of the funds were used to purchase the Marihuana that he was found in possession of when he was arrested.
Mr. McNeely is schedule to appear in bail court on September 6, 2013.
Constable Kavanagh is the investigating officer.
