Wickstead Avenue man charged with assault

On the 24th of August 2013 at approximately 7:30 a.m., officers were called to a McIntyre Street West address regarding a male out of control. Upon arrival, officers found that property had been smashed, one person had been pushed and the fire alarm had been pulled. Officers were able to subdue the out of control male and conduct an investigation.

Charged with 1 count of Mischief, 1 count of Assault and 1 count of False Alarm of Fire is 24 year old Robert Sutherland of Wickstead Avenue in North Bay.

Mr. Sutherland will appear in court at a later date.
