City police seeking help locating suspect in dislodged manhole covers case

Several reports over the last 7 days suggest that unknown persons may be intentionally dislodging manhole covers in different areas of the city. In one occurrence, an insecure manhole cover resulted in damage to a vehicle and near injury to a passing cyclist.

The North Bay Police Service wish to clarify that any such intentional actions could result in serious personal injury to unknowing persons and would constitute the criminal offence of Mischief.
