At 3:00 a.m. on the 1st of Aug a Dashnay St resident was woke up by a loud noise but could not locate the source.
In the morning it was learned that the garage had been entered and the kitchen window was broken in an attempt to enter the residence.
A lawn mower is missing from the garage.
Cst Greg Dix is investigating.
