Next Tuesday city officials will break ground for a Villarboit Development Corporation commercial development in the north end of the city to be titled McKeown Commons.
Online descriptions of the new project, a 134,000 square foot retail development located at 790-850 McKeown Avenue, indicate retail spots will include Michaels, Sportchek and Winners, A&W, St Louis Wings and Ribs, Petsmart, Dollar Tree and Sally Beauty Supply.
Developers are looking to have the space open for Spring 2014.
