Broken down vehicle leads to a number of charges for a city man

North Bay OPP, on the 31 July 2013 at approximately 3:00am an officer stopped to assist a broken down motorist on Highway 11, North Bay. The officer soon realized the driver of the motor vehicle had been drinking.

Bradley Schultz of North Bay ON was charged with:
•Impaired Care and Control, 253(10(a) CC
•Over 80mgs., 253(1)(b) CC
•Drive While Disqualified, Sec 259(4) CC
•Fail to Comply with Recognizance, Sec 145(3) CC
•Drive While Suspended, Sec 53 HTA
•Having liquor in open container in other than licenced premises, residence or private place, Sec LLA 31(2)
•Take motor vehicle without consent, Sec 335(1) CC

Schultz held in custody pending a Bail hearing on the 31th of July 2013 at 10:00 am.
