At 4:11a.m. on 31st July a man was observed ransacking vehicles parked on Greenwood Ave. At 4:20a.m.
Tyler Leblond 22 years of Ryan Ave was arrested nearby and charged with theft and mischief.
He is to appear in court on 3rd Sept 2013.
Cst Dan Weber is investigating.
