Keswick youth charged with impaired driving

Nipissing - On the 29 July 2013, Powassan OPP responded to a single Motor Vehicle Collision on Birchgrove Road, Nipissing Township. Two female occupants aged 17 were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The driver, a (17) female from Keswick, ON, was charged with:
•Impaired Driving contrary to section 253(1)a of the Criminal Code of Canada
•Drive Over 80 milligrams of Alcohol contrary to section 253(1)b of the Criminal Code of Canada

The Young driver was released on a Promise to Appear for court on the 14 August 2013 to answer to the charges.
