Several arsons under investigation Update

City police are releasing a surveillance video in relation to the fires set downtown in the early morning hours on the 27th July 2013, in the video they have identified a person of interest that was in the area at the time.

"We are interested in identifying the person. This persons walk is rather unique," they note.

Between 2:45 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. on Saturday the 27th July five separate fires were set in and around the downtown core.

At 2:45 a.m. a pile of garbage bags at third Av and Front St.

At 3:45 a.m. a wooden structure on the 400 block of Oak St E. At 3:45 a.m. a dumpster at Fisher St and Oak St E.

At 4:05 a.m. along the ONR tracks near the 400 block of Oak St between two tankers of hydrogen peroxide and at 5:30 a.m. a length of tubing at the rear of a business on the 100 Block of Main St E.

Cst Darcy Wall is investigating.
