City woman charged for misleading police in missing person investigation

The North Bay Police have charged Jacqueline Kelly 48years of Oak St with public mischief and obstruct police in relation to the Luke Joly-Durocher missing person investigation.

It is alleged that she misled the ongoing police investigation by falsely accusing another person of involvement in committing a serious criminal offence in this incident.

She is to appear in court on Aug 20th 2013.
