City's building permit numbers remain strong

The City of North Bay building numbers are strong in 2013. Building permits issued to date are up 44% year-to-date at a value of $46,906,429 as of July 12, 2013. Last year at this time, the building permit numbers were $32,279,998, an increase of $14,626,431. The rest of the construction season bodes well, with a number of potential projects in the works.

“We are very pleased with the numbers so far, and we have a number of future projects ongoing,” stated Mayor Al McDonald. “We appreciate the investment and confidence shown by the business community.”
