The Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services Department wishes to advise the public that our Free Summer Youth Centres (children ages 8-16) will open on Tuesday July 2 from 10am to 6pm at Caldwell Ellam Neighbourhood Building on Carruthers Street and Circle Lake Neighbourhood Building on Lakeside Drive
