At 5:45 p.m. on 3rd June a patient at the North Bay Regional Health Centre, when told his conduct was not appropriate, picked up a chair, threatened the staff with it, then threw it at a door smashing the glass.
Errol Kay 30 yrs of North Bay was arrested and charged with assault with a weapon and mischief.
He has been held in custody for a bail hearing.
