City police seeking public's help with theft case

On the 28th May at 6:30 p.m. a man was sitting in his vehicle parked on Main St W talking on the phone. A woman entered his vehicle and sat down in the passenger seat and asked for a ride. When he refused, the woman exited the vehicle taking the man’s wallet that he had left on the passenger seat.

The wallet contained a quantity of cash, credit cards, licences, SIN card, health card, ownerships and other important documents.

The woman is described as; female, white, 5’4”- 5’ 6”, 25-30 yrs, 130 lbs, long straight brown hair past shoulders, bump on the right side of her nose, open sores on the inside of her right elbow and marks on both arms. She was wearing a brown tank top and greyish/white track pants.

She was observed in the company of a man described as; tall and thin wearing a ball cap and white bandages covering 4 fingers on his right hand. Cst Ashley St.John is investigating.
