Fourth Ave W man charged with theft and threatening

On the 17th May a man gave money to a woman to buy him drugs.

When the woman did not return, he took her prescription drugs. When she called him about the theft of her prescription she was threatened.

Harry Black 52yrs of Fourth Ave W was arrested and charged with theft and threatening.

He is to appear in court on the 2nd July 2013.

Cst Sarah Kavanagh is investigating.
