At 9:19 a.m. 14th May the North Bay Police prisoner van with 2 special constables and 8 prisoners was southbound on Cassells St and came into collision with a compact car that entered the intersection westbound on Sixth Ave.
There was no damage to the van and minor damage to the compact vehicle.
Sgt Andre Berube is continuing the investigation.
