OPP seek public’s assistance in locating a federal offender

TORONTO – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their Breach of Parole.

Yusuf Ibrahim is described as a black male, 26 years of age, 5’10” (178 cm’s), 166 lbs. (75 kgs.) brown eyes and black hair. He goes by the nickname of “Grinch”. He is serving a 6 year and 6 month sentence for Armed Robbery, Disguise with Intent, Use of Imitation Firearm, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm In a Motor Vehicle, Trafficking In a Narcotic and Assault with a Weapon.

The offender is known to frequent the city of Ottawa and the Greater Toronto Area.
