Algonquin Ave man charged with Theft under $5000

At 11:13 am on the 26th Apr, North Bay Police responded to a complaint of a man cutting the copper ground wires off of the hydro poles in the area of First St and Commercial St.

Subsequent investigation located the copper and identified the suspect.


Raymond Michaud 29yrs of Algonquin Ave was arrested at 2:14 pm and charged with Theft under $5000.

He is to appear in court on Jun 11th 2013.
