At 8:40 pm on the 19th Apr an older model grey truck in poor condition was southbound on Lakeshore Dr when one of the rear tires flew off and went into the Toyota parking lot striking and damaging two new vehicles. The truck skidded to a stop near Milford Cr.

A short time later a olive coloured PT Cruiser arrived and a man and woman got out and assisted the truck driver in putting the wheel back on the truck. All parties then departed in their vehicles northbound on Lakeshore Dr.

The driver of the truck is described as mid 20’s, pockmarked face, wearing what appeared to be a no frills shirt and a long winter coat.

The truck skidded to a stop near Milford Cr. A short time later a gold PT Cruiser arrived and a man assisted the truck driver in putting the wheel back on the truck and then both men left in their vehicles northbound on Lakeshore Dr.
