City duo charged with break enter and theft

On the 20th Apr at 10:50 pm the Street Crime Unit observed two men on bicycles with a trailer enter a construction site at 1500 Fisher St where they entered a shed and removed car batteries.

Raoul Langlois 36yrs of First Ave E and Ted Stanley 39 yrs of Trout Lake Rd were arrested at 11:17 pm. Both men have been charged with break enter and theft, as well as possession of burglary tools and have been held in custody for bail hearings.
