2013 North Bay Firefighters calendar helps out area kids

It was all smiles at One Kids Place Monday as officials gladly accepted the proceeds from the 2013 North Bay Firefighters calendar.

“We started the firefighter 2013 calendar process about one year ago and today made a donation to One Kids Place Children's Treatment Centre for $35,600,” Derrick Desilets, NBFF Association Calendar Chair tells BayToday.

“We sold close to 2000 calendars and had many great sponsors to make this possible.’

“We would especially like to Thank our Fire Department, Rebuilt Resources and Wingate for their support. Also, a big Thank you goes out to our calendar sponsors and businesses that helped us sell the calendars.”
