OPP News Release
*********************
From March 27, 2013 to April 9, 2013, a mere 14 day period, members of the North Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested 7 people for impaired driving. This alarming trend has to stop and stop immediately.
The judicial sanctions for Impaired Driving should be enough of a deterrent, if they are not – what about the loved ones that have been killed, serious injured or paralyzed for life because of impaired driving; or even worse at times, the loved ones left behind to grieve the loss.
Here is a breakdown of the incidents;

Driving while your ability is impaired has proven to be fatal and affects the lives of not just the criminal driver, but everyone around them.
A simple Google or YouTube search will quickly and in some cases graphically prove this point.
Please – everyone take the opportunity to do what is right, eliminate drinking and driving; start with you.
