McIntyre St. E. man charged with manslaughter

A Jan 6th 2013 investigation by the North Bay Police Criminal Investigation Section into the death of a 17 year old youth has resulted in charges.

The cause of death has been determined to be a lethal dose of a prescribed drug.

Theodore Martin 35 years of McIntyre St E was arrested at 12:30 pm on the 2nd April. He has been charged with manslaughter, criminal negligence cause death, 2 counts of trafficking (methadone), 1 count trafficking ( Ritalin), 1 count trafficking (marijuana), possession for the purpose of trafficking (marijuana), and theft under $5000 (marijuana).

He has been held in custody for a bail hearing.
