Main St E man charged with possession of a dangerous weapon

At 10:00pm on the 30th Mar police responded to a report of a disturbance on the 300 block of Main St E where a man with an assault rifle had entered a residence.

Nathan Maillet 21yrs of Main St E was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace.

The assault rifle was found to be a BB gun. He is to appear in court on 14th May.

Cst Seth Dinsmore is investigating.
