City man charged with invitation to sexual touching and sexual assault

On 19th Feb an investigation into a criminal harassment complaint by a 15yr old girl resulted in the arrest of a 26 yr old North Bay man.
He has been charged with criminal harassment, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching and sexual assault.
He is being held in custody for a bail hearing.
