City duo arrested for possession for the purpose of trafficking

On 15th Feb at 6:08pm a North Bay Police Street Crime investigation led to the arrest of a man and a woman for possession for the purpose of trafficking.
He was found to be in possession of a large amount of cash and she was in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A subsequent search warrant of their First Ave W residence, located 215gms of marijuana, scales, packaging material, and drug paraphernalia.
Kevin Gillatly 26yrs has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime.
Samantha Roy has been charged with possession of marijuana and possession for the purpose of trafficking. Both persons are to appear in court on Apr 2nd 2013.
