The City of North Bay and the North Bay Municipal Heritage Committee invites all residents to join communities throughout Ontario in celebrating Ontario Heritage Week 2013; February 18th to the 24th.

Heritage Week represents an opportunity for all citizens to recognize and acknowledge our local history and those individuals that have made their mark on our community.

To commemorate Ontario Heritage Week 2013, the Municipal Heritage Committee will unveil its latest glass plaque at St. Vincent de Paul Church. Representatives from City Council, the Heritage Committee and St. Vincent de Paul will be in attendance.

The North Bay Municipal Heritage Committee is made up of community volunteers appointed by North Bay City Council. Established in 1996, the Committee’s mandate is to advise and assist Council on matters related to heritage places and buildings.
