Banner Ave man charged with trafficking

During the noon hour on the 12th Feb a North Bay Police Street Crime investigation led to observations of a man driving around the city making hand to hand transactions with different people.
He was arrested at 12:55pm in possession of 40grams of marijuana, digital scales, debt lists, and a large amount of cash.
Stephen Tomlinson 66yrs of Banner Ave has been charged with 2 counts of trafficking, possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime.
He is being held in custody for a bail hearing.
