Quebec man charged with living off the avails of prostitution

At 6:00pm on 28th Jan North Bay Police responded to a call from local hotel that a woman was being held against her will.

It was alleged that a man identified as Justin Sarrazin 35yrs of Montreal Que was forcing her to engage in prostitution as they travelled throughout Ontario.

He would locate the clients and take all the proceeds.

Sarrazin was located at the hotel and arrested at 6:24pm.

He has been charged with procuring, living off the avails of prostitution, possession of marijuana, and 3 counts of breach of undertaking.

He is being held in custody for a bail hearing. Csts Kyle Hughes and Erin Pemberton are investigating.
