City police seeking public's help with a sexual assault case Update

The North Bay Police Service would like to thank all members of the local media for their assistance in helping identify a male involved in a sexual assault occurrence investigation.

The North Bay Police Service would also like to thank the public for their help in identifying the male who sexually assaulted the woman in a North Bay grocery store.

The incident occurred at a No Frills grocery store on McKeown Avenue at 12:30 p.m. on Jan.5.

The accused is charged with sexually assaulting a woman by touching her inappropriately and making lewd comments.

The North Bay Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a male from an incident at No Frills grocery store on Mckeown at 12:30 pm on 05 Jan 2013.

He is alleged to have sexually assaulted a woman by touching her inappropriately and making lewd comments while he did so.

He is described as; male, non-white, dark complexion, possibly mid eastern , 20-24 years, 5’8”tall 145 lbs, short dark hair, thin moustache and goatee, wearing a blue hoody with a dark winter coat over top, blue baggy pants, no accent.
