Freezing Rain warning in effect

As of 12:14AM EST Sunday Environment Canada issued the following Freezing rain warning for North Bay - Powassan - Mattawa and West Nipissing - French River. Freezing rain beginning early this morning.
Freezing rain will begin early this morning as a low pressure system approaches from Texas. Freezing rain will persist through this morning and change to flurries or showers this afternoon.
Hazardous winter travelling conditions are expected as untreated roads may quickly become icy and slippery.
