All Near North elementary schools will be closed today

All Near North elementary schools will remain closed to students today.
Secondary schools will remain open to secondary students in grades 9-12. As a result of the OLRB ruling coming in the middle of the night, it did not give the Board sufficient time to reverse the decision that was made on Wednesday to close schools.
Our elementary schools will re-open on Monday, January 14.
Elementary children who ride a school bus will not be picked up as transportation services will not be available for those students.
We understand and sincerely regret this disruption for our students, staff, and families.
