Investigation into a Jan 4th incident at an outdoor rink has resulted in a 13 yr old being charged with assault with a weapon and assault cause bodily harm.
An altercation between two young males resulted in one being struck twice in the head with a hockey stick knocking him unconscious.
Cst Geoff Whittle is investigating.
