City man charged with impaired driving

At 2:09am 01 Jan North Bay Police responded to a motor vehicle collision on O'Brien St at McKeown Ave.

A northbound vehicle on O'Brien had failed to negotiate the first 90 degree turn and had crossed the roadway striking a vehicle parked in a driveway.

The investigation led to the lone occupant/driver being arrested at the scene.

A 26 yr old North Bay man has been charged with impaired driving and failing a breath test.

Cst Melody Prevost is investigating.
