Two city residents facing drug charges

On the 21st Dec 1:10pm a woman in a vehicle, with an eighteen month old baby in the backseat parked in a lot on Lakeshore Dr.
A man entered the vehicle and a drug transaction took place. The man counted the money and the woman ignited what she had purchased. Both persons were arrested and what is believed to be a Fentanyl patch seized.
Terrence Hendry 34 yrs of Lakeshore Dr was charged with trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, possession of property obtained by crime, and breach of probation.
Hope Leroy 19yrs of Commanda Cr was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled drug, breach of probation, and breach of an undertaking.
Both persons were held in custody for bail hearings.
