Fatima students snuggled up to read

Donning their favourite pajamas the students Our Lady of Fatima School, with parents in tow, turned out for a 'Snuggle up and Read' event Wednesday evening.

The event featured a special reading of "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" by celebrity guests radio announcer Mike Monohagn and Deputy Mayor Sean Lawlor and a surprise visit from Santa.

Chair of the Parent Teacher Council Kristi McKay, who read 'Twas the night before Christmas', says the event is hosted to engage parental involvement and awareness in literacy.
