City police dealing with moose situation in West Ferris area

The North Bay Police Service would like to advise the public and motorists that efforts are presently being made to direct five moose out of the West Ferris area.

The moose are presently in the area of East Side Mario’s Restaurant with some of the moose making their way northbound through various neighbourhoods.

The police are asking the public to avoid approaching the animals if spotted and to please take alternate routes to avoid this area.
