Taking great pride in showcasing their talent, hard work and commitment to the community of North Bay, members of the 22 Wing Concert Band will perform at the Capitol Centre Saturday, November 17 at 7:30 p.m. The performance will provide a lively evening of entertainment steeped in the tradition and culture of the Royal Canadian Air Force. Joining the concert band is the 8 Wing Trenton Pipes and Drums, a surprise appearance from a very talented local North Bay marching band and a guest star singer of international fame.

Each year, the band selects a theme to highlight an aspect of military heritage and this year is no different. The concert celebrates the 45th anniversary of the Canadian Forces Music Branch, and brings to life the rich history of military bands. The show features music throughout the years, including both World Wars, Broadway Show Tunes, Movie Themes and the Big Band Era, and will include performances by guest entertainers. As usual this will be an evening to remember.

Tickets are now on sale for $20.00 at the following locations:

North Bay Food Bank
U-Need-A-Cab
Burrows Country Store and Garden Centre
22 Wing Fitness and Wellness Centre

Proceeds from tickets sales go to Coach4Food, host of the event.
