Texting or just talking, which is so easy ,a blind drunk monkey with one wooden leg could do it,should be more specific.

Every day is a test to safe driving in North Bay.
Can parking lots demonstrate speed limit changes, lack of turn signals, changes in signage(et al), kids in the back seat that parents have to talk to, lighting a cigarette, running red lights, cell phone use or animated conversations on blue tooth, dodging e-bikes off the sidewalk and back on...etc...?

We need to be more vigilant as drivers and get a sence of humour.
Conditions won't change so we must drive accordingly. :-)

Okay. Add a distracted driver option in the busiest parking lot North Bay has and we are good. ;-)
